Primary scope of activity:

Providing comprehensive advice to trading companies on aligning their operations with regulatory requirements; drafting standard contract templates for operators and trading companies; participating in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including international agreements based on European standards, such as EFET; consulting organisations on wholesale operations on energy exchanges in Poland and in foreign markets.
